Do This Tomorrow Morning

Then you can feel free to eat your Thanksgiving dinner, knowing you burned off some calories first. The first 3 1/2 minutes or so is just Tracy talking about how she’s going to give us a free video work-out. The next 8 minutes contain some muscle work and a good work-out. 8 minutes? We can all do that, right?  And it looks fun too! (If you think Gwyneth Paltrow looks to be in good shape… Tracy is her trainer).
