A New Year’s Present to You…179 All Natural Seasoning Mix Recipes

This is really cool! Check out the link below and make your own spice/ seasoning mixes inexpensively. Big bonus, you know they’re not full of weird stuff and you can make them organic if you want to!

Herbs and spices are a great, healthy addition to our cooking. Tumeric has really come on lately as the darling spice after many studies are suggesting that it may help with inflammation, arthritis, some forms of cancer, alzheimers, and is a powerful anti-oxidant, etc…..

It’s a member of the ginger family and is used in Indian, Southeast Asian and Middle Eastern cuisine.

I copied some curry spice mixes below so you could get an idea of what a great site this is! (Sorry, I couldn’t help myself with the Yucatan Chili Spice Mix that had chocolate in it and also with the natural Vanilla Extract…. YUM!)
